The tin holds hold two chocolate truffles, Sicilian Orange and Sea Salt Caramel. Louis Sherry founded the legendary Louis Sherry confectionary company in 1881 in New York, selling his memorable chocolate ganache-filled truffles in exquisite tins. Still cast from the original molds and assembled by hand, the luxe tins are gifts themselves. The recipe for making the chocolate ganache filling dates to the 1890s and has remained unchanged. The chocolate tin measures 3.75”L x 2.5”W x 1.25”H.
