All orders that subtotal less than $50 ship for a flat rate of $12.

All orders that subtotal more than $50 ship for free.

Delivery is available in the Pittsburgh area. Get in touch for arrangements! Delivery service is $10 and a $40 minimum purchase is required.

Giftwrapping is complimentary. Please leave a comment in checkout if you would like an item to be giftwrapped, as well as your gift message. Consider a greeting card if sending a gift!

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipments to be packaged. Some items are made-to-order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Expect delivery to take 2-5 days business days via USPS or UPS.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but a full refund will be issued after the merchandise has been received.

Please note that if an item doesn’t arrive due to an error in the submitted shipping address and the package is returned to the shop, postage will be charged to ship again. The customer is responsible for submitting the correct shipping address; should it be delivered to a wrong address, the shop cannot refund the merchandise. Should the order be cancelled, a refund less the initial shipping charge will be issued.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued on perishable merchandise.
