Truffle and Rose Suite

Truffle and Rose Suite

$58.00

Sea salt caramel truffles along with a lush bouquet or arrangement makes for an exquisite gift. Holding a bright pink preserved rose, burgundy salal, caspia, celosia, pampas, setaria, poppy pods, and rice grass, each is elegantly charming.

O’Shea’s Candies was started in 1934 by Thomas and Helen O’Shea and is now a fourth-generation chocolate company based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The family continues to use the same recipes, marble slabs, steel tables, and copper kettles to finely craft exquisite sweets using old-fashioned techniques. They expertly cook and beat creams, roast nuts, extrude peanut butter, soak cherries, hand-dip chocolates, and make homemade caramel — all delectable testaments to a bygone era. By preserving and honoring the passion of a small-town couple who dreamt of selling chocolates from their kitchen during the Great Depression, O’Shea’s is a legacy to be celebrated and enjoyed!

Each truffle is expertly dipped in dark, milk, and white chocolate and measures 1.5”L x 1.5”W x 1.25”H. These chocolates have been made with equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, egg, and milk products.

The bouquet measures 8”L x 8”W x 18”H, the arrangement 7”L x 7”W x 7”H; both are handcrafted with natural materials, so variations are to be expected. Read about the care of dried and preserved flowers in the blogpost Dried Flowers 101.
