Strawberry Fields Suite

Strawberry Fields Suite

from $26.00

A sweet strawberry-inspired gift! Combine strawberry licorice twists or a generous half-pound of chocolate with a bouquet or arrangement. The bouquet holds a preserved red rose, lavender, caspia, pink broom bloom, ammobium, and blue bunny tails all wrapped in berry motif paper. The corrugated metal cup holds a preserved red rose, lavender, caspia, pink broom bloom, ammobium, red setaria, and spanish moss.

Both the licorice twists and the chocolates come in a half pound package. O’Shea’s Candies was started in 1934 by Thomas and Helen O’Shea and is now a fourth-generation chocolate company based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The family continues to use the same recipes, marble slabs, steel tables, and copper kettles to finely craft exquisite sweets using old-fashioned techniques. They expertly cook and beat creams, roast nuts, extrude peanut butter, soak cherries, hand-dip chocolates, and make homemade caramel — all delectable testaments to a bygone era. By preserving and honoring the passion of a small-town couple who dreamt of selling chocolates from their kitchen during the Great Depression, O’Shea’s is a legacy to be celebrated and enjoyed!

The bouquet measures 3”L x 3”W x 10-12”H, the arrangement 6”L x 6”W x 7”H; both are handcrafted with natural materials, so variations are to be expected. Read about the care of dried and preserved flowers in the blogpost Dried Flowers 101.
