O'Shea's Gourmet Licorice Twists
Old-time licorice twists from O’Shea’s Candies, a charming gourmet sweet to celebrate a special moment.
O’Shea’s Candies was started in 1934 by Thomas and Helen O’Shea and is now a fourth-generation chocolate company based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The family continues to use the same recipes, marble slabs, steel tables, and copper kettles to finely craft exquisite sweets using old-fashioned techniques. They expertly cook and beat creams, roast nuts, extrude peanut butter, soak cherries, hand-dip chocolates, and make homemade caramel — all delectable testaments to a bygone era. By preserving and honoring the passion of a small-town couple who dreamt of selling chocolates from their kitchen during the Great Depression, O’Shea’s is a legacy to be celebrated and enjoyed!
Each package is a half pound, the twists measuring 7” in length.
